Sports massage is a specialized massage that help athletes and active people before, during, and after training. the purpose is to improve performance, prevent injuries, aid in recovery.
Hot/Cold Stone Massage
A hot stone massage primarily relieve muscle tension, pain and stiffness by increasing blood flow. helps in relaxation.
A cold stone massage primarily focuses on reducing inflammation and pain by reducing blood flow making it beneficial for recent injuries or areas with swelling.
Pregnancy Massage
A specialized, gentle massage session designed for pregnant women, focusing on relieving common discomforts like back pain, leg cramps, and muscle tension using light pressure. Side lying position with proper support to ensure safety of the baby and the mother.
Corrective Massage
Focus on Cervical, Neck, Low Back, Hips and Joint tightness. This allows for more movement and better range of motion.
Mechanical Chair Massage
Designed for those that want the benefit of Massage but struggle with human touch. This option is great for relaxation and relief of muscle tension. Can be customized to the exact need.

Used to relieve tension and promote healing in body through the hands and feet. This form of healing is based on the belief that there are reflex points on the hands and feet that are connected to organs in the body.
Pariffin Wax Treatment (Hands & Feet)
Benefits of paraffin wax treatments include but not limited to
Heat therapy, to help relax muscles and alleviate joint pain and
Skin softening acts as a natural emollient and helping to hydrate and soften dry and cracked skin.
Each area that is treated requires 30 minutes
Salt/Sugar Body Scrub
A skincare treatment that uses abrasive granules to exfoliate the skin, removing dead skin cells and revealing smoother, brighter skin.
Detox Mud Wrap
A spa treatment where the body is covered in a mud or clay mixture and then wrapped in plastic or thermal blankets to encourage sweating and detoxification.
